We’ve recently removed our academic requirements. Whilst we do look at academic performance, we look at the strength of your application as a whole, rather than just the individual parts.
Application hints and tips
Your online application is your first chance to make an impression. It allows us to get an insight into you as an individual and it’s an excellent opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills, drive and career aspirations.
Before you start your application, be sure to take a look at our graduate and corporate website to learn about our core business lines, key clients and to identify your areas of interest. You can then make reference to these in your application form.
To complete the online application form you will be asked to detail your academic results and any work experience. You will also need to complete a few competency-based questions, which will help us learn more about your strengths, interests and achievements. So what does a great application look like?
- Include all work experience.
- Read the question being asked and ensure that your response answers that question.
- Think about why you want to work for us and get that across in your answers.
- Remember to keep your language professional and concise.
- Read through and check the final application before submission.
- Let your personality shine.
- Use repetitive language or words.
- Rush your application.
- Submit what you think we want to hear – be authentic.

You can always start your application form and come back to it at a later date. We aim to review your application within 2 weeks of receiving it, however please bear with our recruitment team if it takes a little longer as this is their busiest time.
As soon as we have reviewed your application we will be in touch to let you know whether it will be progressed. If your application meets our initial requirements, we’ll send you the links to three online reasoning tests which aim to test your verbal, critical and numerical reasoning. You will have the chance to take a practice test first to get you used to the style. If you have any disabilities which may affect you taking either of the tests, please make us aware so we can ensure that appropriate adjustments are made for you.
If your test scores meet our requirements, you will be progressed through to a video interview stage, details of which will be sent to you via email.
The exact structure and content of the assessment centre/interview will vary depending upon the RICS or RTPI pathway and location you have applied for.
Our assessment centres for London based graduate roles will take place on the following dates:

The exact structure and content of the assessment centre/interview will vary depending upon the RICS or RTPI pathway you have applied for.
You will be notified of the outcome of the assessment centre as soon as possible after it occurs and you will be given the opportunity to obtain feedback, regardless of outcome.
